Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of $950 per person. Final payment on reservations must be made at least 120 days prior to departure. There is NO CHARGE for cancellation from 120 – 60 days and $ 450 fee for cancelling between 60 and 25 days before departure. For cancellation less than 25 days prior to departure (including no-shows) is the full amount of the tour.
. Tour fare does not include laundry, telephone, wines, liquors (except for included wine tasting) or services other than those specified in the itinerary. Items of a personal nature, excess baggage, are not included. Credit cards are not accepted. Reservations made after final payment due date must be paid in full within 7 days. Any deviation in travel arrangements must be requested in writing prior to the final payment due date. Cancellations must be in writing (indicating the reason for cancellation) and received by the final payment due date to avoid cancellation charges. Airfares are subject to applicable airline cancellation fees which may be in addition to the cancellation fees above. All amounts are in US Dollars and are per person and based on double occupancy. Changes in the terms of the tour participants agreements can be made only in writing by Out Of This World Travel
Tour Participant Agreement – General terms and conditions
Responsibilities: The responsibility of “Out of This World” Travel, its affiliated and subsidiary companies and agents, is limited. “Out of this World” acts only as agent for the suppliers of transportation, accommodations, food and other goods and services provided to the tour participant. All arrangements for transport, accommodations and services are made upon the express condition that “Out of This World” shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damage, injury, loss, acci dent, delay or irregularity of any kind occasioned by reason of any act or omission beyond its control, including without limitation, any act of negligence or breach of contract of any such party as airlines, hotels, restaurants, ground handlers, etc. who is to or does supply any goods or services for the tour. Without limiting the foregoing, “Out of This World” is not responsible for any losses or expenses due to delay or changes in schedule, overbooking of accommodations, default of any third party, sick ness, weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of terrorism, force majeure, war,
quarantine, criminal activity, or for any other cause beyond its control. “Out of This World” will assume no financial responsibility for any cancellations or delays resulting from invalid passports, visas, or other travel documents requirements. “Out of This World” reserves the right to change the itinerary of the tour without prior notice. If the tour is cancelled by “Out of This World” for any reason, “Out of This World” shall have no liability beyond the refund of all tour participant’s payments received by it. The payment of a deposit for this tour by the tour participant shall be deemed to be an acceptance of all terms and conditions of this agreement.
